There is NO Tracking available for this method of delivery (Please understand that WE don’t deliver your parcel, this is done by Australia Post.) We are not responsible for delay or loss.

You may choose Registered Post or Express Post at an additional cost.
You will receive a tracking number and insurance with these services.
We make every effort to pack your order to avoid damage.


Returns Policy

At Melbourne Pen Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.


Conditions for Returns:


1. Unopened and Unused Items: Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, for all returns.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@melbournependepot.com.au with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@melbournependepot.com.au with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
