Waterman 1970 Directeur General Gold Plaque fountain pen

This Waterman  Directeur General gold plaque ORG fountain pen with a 18ct nib is in good condition. Push on Cap.

Directeur General translated as "Managing Director" which gives an idea of the status that Waterman award this fabulous fountain pen.

Basically a re-design of the popular CF with a lacquered, long articulated clip which embraced the top of the cap in the way similar to the Man 21 and old-style Gentleman Models. The Directeur General also displayed matching lacquered stripes on the barrel.

This fountain pen is supplied with a Monteverde mini ink converter. Ink cartridges are no longer available.
